On October 21st 2021 we said unexpected goodbye to our Savannah, One of Kuruka’s “original” school horses, she came as a green mare who was scared of the mounting block and didn’t know how to jump. But she was the foundation of the riding school and once she knew how to jump man did she ever love it! She quickly became and always was a student favorite that taught so many from their first time on a horse, first canter, first jump and first show season.

Savannah has been retired these last 3 years and was happy.
