“One Foxy Lady “

Foxy was a bit of a surprise for Jessica, Under the ruse that she was a new schooling horse at Kuruka, her owner was offered the chance to get to know Foxy in her lesson program without knowing that the “Schooling Horse” that she was riding was actually her Christmas present!

Foxy is a mare with a lot of talent in the Hunter ring. Foxy has done and won it all from  cross rail divisions on the schooling circuit up to the 2’9ft division on Trillium! Foxy is very competitive in the 2’3ft and 2’6ft Hunter Divisions on the Trillium Circuit, even making it to Trillium Championships! Jessica loved Foxy so much but when Foxy sustained an injury where she could no longer jump or be ridden after the rehab, Angela offered to purchase Foxy so she could stay at Kuruka and Jessica could visit her whenever she wanted. And the plan was to Breed Foxy and in 2021 Foxy’s first foal landed on the ground! Since then she has had two foals and now pregnant with her third, she is a fantastic mom!

Foxy has been retired since 2019, and is actually at Julia’s family farm where Julia has the other broodmares!
